性状：淡黄色粉末或黄褐色冷冻干燥粉末，溶于水。能作用于纤维素中的1,4B-D-葡萄糖苷键。PH4.4-5.5，最佳4.8，视底物不同而异。使用温度范围40.-60度，最佳50度。一般情况下，加量为底物重量的万分之零点五即可有效，请用户根据实验确定最佳用量。激活剂有氟化钠、镁、氯化钴、镉、磷酸钙和中性盐类。抑制剂有纤维二糖、葡萄糖和甲基纤维素。

说明：A multi-component enzyme mixture containing approximately: Cellulase  1.0U/mg；α-Amylase  0.6 U/mg；Pectinase  0.4U/mg；Protease 0.01U/mg；Hemicellulase 1.0U/mg；1 unit of Cellulase will release 1.0 μmole of glucose from carboxymethyl cellulose. Routinely used for the isolation of protoplasts, for its ability to degrade cell walls. It is often used in combination with Macerozyme R-10.
